Bathroom Renovation in Gwandalan

Holiday Bathroom Makeover

When our client asked Mick at As Built Pty Ltd to do both an upstairs bathroom renovation and downstairs bathroom/laundry renovation, we were only too happy to help. Like many of the original holiday homes built in the Gwandalan area in the early days, this older style house was brick veneer with the downstairs bathroom/laundry needing to be lined with plasterboard first.

We were asked to turn the downstairs bathroom/laundry into a full bathroom and reposition the laundry to existing garage. Our client choose 300x300 gloss white tiles, with new back to wall toilet, new 1200mm wall hung vanity, new frameless shower screen and new chrome accessories.

Upstairs bathroom consisted of the same changes as downstairs with the exception of a 700mm wall hung timber veneer vanity and full bath.

Check out the before and afters below to see why the home owner was so happy with the outcome.

Blue Haven is a thriving suburb at the moment and in hot demand from home buyers, as it's a mix of old and new homes and estate, homes that have seen some extra years of living are really benefitting from all that extra equity as the house prices continue to soar. So when our client asked As Built Pty Ltd to modernise her 2nd story ensuite with new wall/floor tiling to ceiling, new accessories which she choose with the exception of her vanity that was reinstalled, saving her money, we were happy to oblige. With black floor tiles, black tones in a feature tile, black shower accessories and glossy crisp white bathroom wall tiles, what's not to love! The new modern styling looks great, is easy to clean and adds a superb amount of value to the home that our client will continue to enjoy for many years to come. Check out the before and after below

We were asked to bring this wide entertaining verandah to life by replacing the timber handrailing, existing beam and joists with new treated timbers while also relaying new merbau decking boards, screwed down with bugle head stainless steel screws.

We had the great opportunity to update this aging bathroom in Budgewoi. It’s a three way bathroom. The client had chosen all their PC items and bathroom accessories and we came up with a plan to make it all shine.
