So when our client asked As Built Pty Ltd to modernise her 2nd story ensuite with new wall/floor tiling to ceiling, new accessories which she choose with the exception of her vanity that was reinstalled, saving her money, we were happy to oblige. With black floor tiles, black tones in a feature tile, black shower accessories and glossy crisp white bathroom wall tiles, what's not to love! We were asked to bring this wide entertaining verandah to life by replacing the timber handrailing, existing beam and joists with new treated timbers while also relaying new merbau decking boards, screwed down with bugle head stainless steel screws.
